Unless specified otherwise, we tack-weld the bottom template and torque the top-template nuts before shipping, so every cage lands as one tight, field-ready unit that can be lifted straight into place.
F1554 Grades: 36, 55, 105
Size Range: 1/2"-13 UNC through 4"-4 UNC
HDG:
Available with partial or full hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) as required.
As rods are cast in concrete, full HDG is often unnecessary, and partial HDG can be the more economical choice when permitted.
Washers: F436 hardened
Custom Plate Washers: A36 or A572 Gr. 50
Heavy Hex Nuts:
- ASTM A563 Grade A
- ASTM A563 Grade DH
- ASTM A195 Grade 2H
Template: Cut from 3/16"–1/4" plate
Pour Port: Large central pour hole
Orientation: Notch included if required
Assembly: Knocked down or fully assembled, depending on preference.
