Before joining Blackwater, Leith produced civil and HDD infrastructure estimates across the Pacific Northwest, from utility upgrades to multi-phase, multimillion-dollar projects. That experience grounds his management approach today, where he oversees scope, schedule, and submittals with the same eye he once brought to estimating.
