With a clear understanding of how technical and personal communication shape field performance, he connects customer needs with Blackwater’s design and manufacturing teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Before joining Blackwater, Riley worked across engineering, procurement, and field coordination roles where he refined his ability to anticipate challenges, manage complex material schedules, and strengthen relationships with utilities, contractors, and suppliers. Known for reliability, responsiveness, and clear communication, he brings a grounded, solutions-driven approach to every project.

At Blackwater, Riley applies that same precision to every partnership to align what’s needed in the field with what’s delivered from the shop. He’s also a champion go-kart driver—proof that speed, timing, and control are very much in his wheelhouse.
