Ryan leads Blackwater’s shop operations with a disciplined focus on safety, precision, and performance measured in tonnage delivered on spec and without incident. He is respected for his ability to choreograph and sequence complex builds, directing the continuous fabrication, assembly, and delivery of more than 230 tons of substation steel while upholding rigorous safety standards.

Beginning his career as an operator and Pacific Northwest logger, he honed his instinct for safety as a performance multiplier, moving materials, machines, and people together efficiently. That grounded experience guides every project he leads and ensures each weld, fit, and final delivery meets spec and stands true.
