Marty Gillette

Son of founder Jack Gillette, Marty grew up where accuracy and accountability were the measure of every weld. Trained at Western Welding Academy, he built his career from the ground up, combining shop-floor discipline with a systems-driven understanding of how projects are planned, costed, and delivered.

At Blackwater, Marty informs the Blueprint to Bolt Up process from the first quote to the final build. His approach brings design data, supplier input, and field needs into alignment, ensuring every estimate reflects reality with no assumptions or surprises.
